Hi, I’m Kristen!
I have planned travel for high-level executives for the past twenty years, from trips of less than eight hours to Las Vegas to navigating complicated visa processes for week-long trips.
I love travel! I love the planning, the research, exploring travel perks, and all the things that go into making a great vacation happen. I love arriving at a place with a good sense of what I am doing each day but leave room for spontaneity–you never know what you will stumble upon. I know a lot of you do not feel as excited about planning as I do.
My services help make taking a vacation feel more like a vacation and less like taking on a second job.

I have planned anniversary getaways, a two-week itinerary for a couple newly relocated to Los Angeles, and made mobility-related adaptations to my grab-and-go offerings.
I give curated tours of Los Angeles.

Food-focused travel
How many of you travel for food? If you raised your hand, I am a great person to help you find your next favorite restaurant. I love street food, local favorites, and I have eaten at dozens of Michelin-starred restaurants.

I am not the right guide for groups 18 and under and Disney travel.
I need to be honest and let you know that I don’t have kids and don’t feel confident planning family-related travel or amusement park-related travel. When someone is serving this audience better, I will let you know.

Trip Planning Services
For Los Angeles, I offer three package types:
Research & Hotel Booking
This is for the person(s) who has zero time to plan their travel. You don’t have time to find the best flights, hotels centrally located to your interests, hotels that won’t eat up your budget, etc. After answering some questions, I will create a trip for you.
Deliverables:
Round 1: Two flight options, three hotel options, and transportation options.
Round 2: A customized itinerary with all of your booking details. Plus, recommendations and booking of tours, restaurant and activity recommendations.

Curated itineraries
This is for the person(s) who have their flight and place to stay, and that is about it. After answering some questions, I will create a customized itinerary tailored to you.
Deliverables: Welcome information, a curated itinerary just for you with recommendations for meals, and a great place to get a cocktail/mocktail, and recommended things to do. This includes the best days of the week to do each itinerary and a Google Map.
Research and Itinerary combo
This is truly for the person who has zero time. You know you want to visit Los Angeles but do not want to do any of the planning. Los Angeles can be overwhelming. I can make everything less stressful for you.
Deliverables: Welcome information, 2 flight options, 2 lodging options, a curated itinerary just for you with recommendations for meals, and a great place to get a cocktail/mocktail–taking likes, dislikes, and dietary preferences. This includes the best days of the week to do each itinerary and a Google Map.
Note: I have a limit of four days for a research and itinerary combo. The individual itineraries can be done in succession or split across your trip.

Grab & Go Itineraries
I recommend my grab-and-go itineraries if you are short on money and time. These itineraries are similar to my curated itineraries but aren’t tailored to you. These self-guided itineraries include recommendations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with things to do in between. Each itinerary keeps you in one neighborhood.
