Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles

I never really intended to write about the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles on this blog. It is a hard neighborhood to write about in regards to it being a “happening” destination. It is pretty residential. Blocks and blocks of dingbat apartments, peppered with restaurants, and private businesses not open to the public.
